We are meeting on Friday evenings.

Right now, there are 3 of us, though I hear that some other people I have yet to meet are interested. We three are a pretty mixed group with regards to experience, sex, education, lifestyle. We are still exploring how alike and different we may be in beliefs and what we think makes a good circle.

So far, rituals have been pretty organic, taking shape as they progress, with each individual doing what seems to be right. They've worked. In the future, *I* (I want to emphasize that I'm speaking for myself) would like to take turns "leading". We may get there, we may not, depends on what everyone else wants to do.

        Hi Sue,

I just re-read the post you responded to. It sure seems out of date! This whole tribe never did seem to take off. We've basically moved over to a Yahoo group, Circle Forming (which is the name of hte circle).

Speaking of dates, we celebrated our one year anniversary on April 7th. We've been meeting once a week on Fri. evenings for a year now. Right now we are meeting in Highland, but we may move over to Rosendale for the summer. We have grown from 3 with a rare 4th, to 4 with an occasional 5th or 6th. We would really like more people!

Our vision is simple, we meet once a week. Come when you want to, don't when it doesn't suit you. Lead when you want to, or not. We have been moving toward planned circles. We plan them, but we don't script them. That means we know what is on the agenda in what order, but no one is putting words in anyone else's mouth, and if hte agenda slips a bit, no one stresses about it.

If this sounds attractive to you, we'd love to meet you, to have you come check us out. How old is your daughter? We've had the 11 year old daughter of one of our members circle with us twice and that has worked out fine.
